Team members work within a multidisciplinary environment where patient safety, dignity, and professionalism are central to daily practice.
We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide ad hoc and emergency shift cover within a specialist 15-bedroom service supporting children and adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.
The service delivers person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs through comprehensive care plans. While current requirements are primarily for ad hoc and emergency cover, additional hours are expected to become available during school holidays and summer breaks.
Essential Experience & Skills
Autism support experience
Epilepsy support experience
Up-to-date Mandatory Training
Experience working within CQC-regulated environments

Important Information
Candidates accepted for this service must complete a 4-hour unpaid induction before commencing shifts.
