Statutory & Mandatory

All healthcare professionals are required to complete our registration form, which includes both a fitness to practice declaration and a criminal records declaration. In addition, completing Statutory & Mandatory training is a necessary requirement.

Training includes the following:

3. General Medical Council (GMC) Registration

4. Proof of Qualifications

5. DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Check

6. Professional Indemnity Insurance

8. Employment References (inc clinical competence)

9. Vaccination evidence

    (if not covered under your listed training)
